For Company Registration in India, Professional using old format of Memorandum and Article of Association:

Recently Ministry of Corporate affairs has observed that Professional using old format of Memorandum and Article of Association used before 01-04-2014 for Completing Company Registration Process. But we all know that recently MCA has brought major changes in form for company registration which also include form of Memorandum and Article of Association. But there is nothing to worry about it, we have to follow Companies Act, 2013. In Companies Act, 2013 and The Companies (Incorporation) Rules 2014 there are every form which are required for Company Registration and make the company registration process successful within time limit given to our clients.

Format for Memorandum and Article of Association was prescribed in “Schedule I” of Companies Act, 2013. In Schedule I there are different Table for Different type of Company which are as below:

1. “Table A” for MOA of Company limited by share
2. “Table B” for MOA of Company Limited by guarantee and hothaving a share capital
3. “Table C” for  MOAof Company Limited by guarantee and having a share capital
4. “Table D” for MOA of Unlimited Company and not having sharecapital
5. “Table E” for MOA of Unlimited Company and having sharecapital
6. “Table F” for AOA of Company limited by Share
7. “Table G” for AOA of Company Limited by guarantee and having ashare capital
8. “Table H” AOAof Company Limited by guarantee and hot having a share capital
9. “Table I” AOAof Unlimited Company and having share capital
10.  “Table J” AOA of Unlimited Company and not having sharecapital
