Registration and by Introducing Companies (Incorporation) Rule, 2014. One
of the best documentation that required by companies act 2013 for new company incorporation is INC-10 i.e.
Signature and photo attestation of subscribers of Memorandum and Articles of
Association by Banker or Notary Public. Before requirement of INC-10 there was
many leverage to promoters of the company. Form INC-10 is one of the best
amendment of new Companies Act, 2013. It keeps professional away from allegation
that Professional has formed the company without the consent of promoters or
Professional has copy the signature of the promoters.
