Details Procedure for Company Incorporation after Name Approval:

For Company registration most important step is to get Name approval and after name approval steps for Company Incorporation wil begain. Company Formation procedure is divided into three part, which is as below:-

 

1. INC-7: Contains information regarding Registrar of Companies in which company will be registered, information regarding authorized share capital / subscribed share capital / paid up share capital, details of promoters (i.e. first subscribers of memorandum) of the company and their interest in any other entity, stamp duty to be paid  to state government and information about memorandum & Article of Association.
2. INC-22: contains information regarding registered address for company registration and proof related to registered office Address of the company.
3. DIR-12: Contains information for Managing Director or directors of the company and their information.

Company registration procedure will be completed only if we will prepare all the documents that required to be attached with all the above three forms. Company formation finished with filing of above there form with MCA. After Company incorporation there need to open bank account and transfer the amount subscribed by each shareholder from their personal bank account to company bank account.
