Private Limited Company Registration and One Person Company Registration are not a fear small entrepreneur as Private Limited Company, One Person Company and Small Companies excluded from Audit Cap scope:

As the new Companies Act, 2013 recently bring restrictions on the Auditor and the law stipulates, an auditor cannot accept audit of more than 20 Companies. ICAI President K Raghu write a letter to Ministry of Corporate Affairs Minister Sachin Pilot about the practical difficulties considering the issue of increasing number of Private Limited Company and other Small companies. If the audit cap remain applicable on small companies like Private Limited Company, One Person Company (OPC) and small companies, this will lead to increase in cost of Auditing services for small companies. By considering all these fact MCA recently introduce Audit Cap restriction should not apply to Private Limited Company, One Person Company and Small companies.
