Company Registration in India again postponed by 28th April through notification by Ministry of Corporate Affairs:-

Ministry of Corporate Affairs through Public Notice Number MCA21/28/2014 e-gov dated 28/03/2014 inform the professional and general public that company registration i.e. E-Form form Company Registration in India will not be available during the period between 01/04/2014 to 14/04/2014. Again after careful review MCA has postponed availability of such E-Form only by 28^th April, 2014.

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has planned to stagger to roll out various E-Form under Companies Act, 2013 and Continuance of some E-Form under The Companies Act, 1956. MCA has also decided to waive fees for all events whose due date for last filing comes between 01/04/2014 to 30/4/2014. 

E-Form mentioned in Table “A” and Table “B” will continuously available for Upload during the period between 01/04/2014 and 28/04/2014. Process for Company Registration in India will start on or after 28^th April, 2014 with all new E-Form. E-Form for LLP registration has not been changed but LLP registration process also get suffered by default because of DIN-1 Form, as we know for LLP registration there also required to file DIN-1 Form and currently which is under development and there available a new E-Form DIR-3 instead of DIN-1 form.
