Ministry of Corporate Affairs has brought many changes for Company Registration in India :-

MCA has increased fees for Company Registration for filing almost all the form and also brought many changes and requirement for Company Registration. MCA require every company shall give a declaration by an Advocate or Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary or Cost Accountant in Form INC-8 in pursuant to Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 that Proposed Company has complied with all requirements of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under and such Declaration must be attached in Form INC-7. In Form INC-7 there also required some new documentation for Company Registration which is as follows:-
  1. Declaration in Form INC-8
  2. Affidavit in Form INC-9 form every subscribers to the Memorandum.
  3. Proof of Residential Address of Every proposed Director
  4. Proof of Identity of every Proposed Director 
  5. PAN Card of every propose director
