Ministry of Corporate Affairs has revised the Fees for e-filing and Form for Company Registration

Ministry of Corporate Affairs has revised the Fees for e-filing and Form for Company Registration not fully functional.

Online e-filing with Ministry of corporate affairs for Company Registration was closed for last 27 days from 1^st April to 27^th April 2014. On 28^th April 2014 MCA make available e-form on website portal. Form for DIR-3 was only can be uploaded by 28^th April, other Company Registration Form cannot be capable to be uploaded due to technical reason. In Form INC-1 check Bottom still not working, then how we can get name approval with MCA. Again at the time of Filing DIR-3 Form online there required two Digital Signature i.e. one for proposed director and one for Practicing professional, that means from last day every director must have digital Signature for filing form DIR-3.

Further MCA fees for filing online form is revised, previously Fees for DIN was ₹ 100 only and now is ₹ 500. To know more about fees details click at below link.
