Process of New Company Registration in Delhi, India

To set up a business in form of company, there are some important matters that need to consider during your company registration. To get your company registered with MCA, you need to follow some policies and procedures to register the company systematically. There are some guidelines that need to strictly adhere for company registration.
·         The first and foremost steps is to get DIN No. of all director and make application for digital signature.
·         After getting DIN No. and DSC there need to file name approval request in FORM-1A to the regional ROC to get Name approval Letter from Registrar of Companies (ROC-MCA).
·         Than after there need to prepare the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
·         After that get MOA & AOA subscribed from every person whose name entered at the timing of Filing FORM-1A
·         Make payment of registration fees online to MCA and get G.A.R.7 receipt
·         If there is any error in documentation ROC will make it remark for resubmission and subsequently resubmit it with corrected information.
·         At last get Certificate of Incorporation (COI) from the regional ROC.
·         For Public Limited Company there required to get business commencement certificate.
