• Requirement of Digital Signature Certificate:

For any type of Company Incorporation there required DSC for each person who are proposed director for getting their DIN.

• Requirement of Director Identification Number for each proposed director: 

After Getting DSC there need to fill Form DIR-3 for each proposed director i.e. application for allotment of DIN for proposed director.

• Selection of Name for Company Name approval:

After getting DIN for each proposed director there need to select name and name must follow rule 8 of company (incorporation) rule 2014 and name not be similar with the trade mark already registered or application for which has been already made.

• Registration of DSC with MCA website: 

There need to register DSC of the director whose signature are proposed to be used.

• Filing of Form INC-7, INC-22 and DIR-12
