Procedure for filling Form INC-7 for Company Incorporation

At the time of Filing Form INC-1 i.e. Name Approval for Private Limited Company Registration or Public Limited Company Formation or Section 8 Company Incorporation be ensure that Correct ROC has been selected i.e. ROC has been selected for the same state in which company will be registered. For example if you have filing Name Approval with Delhi ROC you can’t file Form for Company registration i.e. INC-7 with Kanpur ROC.

In point no. 3 of Form INC-7 we should ensure that whether address of correspondence same as registered office or not. Again we should ensure that correct code has been selected for main division of Business activity. At the time of filing details of director we must fill correct information about educational qualification, place of birth and occupation of director.

For Company formation without any delay we should check each information related with director or Object mentioned in the Memorandum of Association and subscribers sheet of Memorandum and Articles of Association that whether all information and documentation are in accordance with Companies Act, 2013 and Companies (Incorporation) Rule, 2014.
