Chit Fund Company Registration Procedure:

Chit Fund Company Registration procedure in Delhi is almost same as private limited company Formation but one additional registration required i.e. with Government of Delhi. After Registration as private limited company there required to file “FORM CF-1” in duplicate for Registration as a chit fund company along with several documentation which is mandatory for Chit Fund Company Formation in Delhi.

2.       Company Incorporation Certificate

3.       Form INC-7, INC-22, DIR12 and form for allotment of shares

4.       Payment Acknowledgement of From INC-7, 2 and DIR-12

5.  Bank Certificate for Deposit of Subscribed Share Capital into Bank Account after Company Registration.

6.       Board of Director resolution for appointment of foreman for the company

7.       Director’s Affidavits for

·    Insolvency 

·    Non-conviction 

·    Directorship and Membership in other Chit Fund Company already registered

8.       Proof of Office Premises ownership

9.       NOC from land lord in case of rented office premises

10.   Rent receipt of office premises in case of rented

11.   Layout plan of office premises

12.   Ration card copy of director

13.   Photograph of each director

14.   Documentary proof regarding financial soundness of the director
