LLP Registration in India has not been stopped by MCA during 01/04/2014 to 14/04/2014 but actually stopped

MCA has brought new form for all old form for company registration in India but nothing is worried about form for LLP registration as the form for LLP registration remain unchanged. LLP registration process remains as it is as earlier but LLP can only be registered during this period if DIN Number for partner is already taken. Minimum two partners are required to form a New LLP and registration process is as follows:

Step  For LLP registration

• First Step for LLPregistration in India is to take DIN/DPIN by applying in form DIN-1 but now for DIN-1 has been changed therefore now for DIN we have to apply in Form DIR-3.
• Second step is to make application for name reservation in Form 1 and this process has not been changed for LLP registration.
• Third step is to file form 2 for LLP registration and for filing subscriber’s statements.
• Fourth step will be started after LLP incorporation. There need to file form 3 with scanned copy of LLP agreement and for make LLP agreement there need to pay 1% of Contribution to The State Government in form of stamp paper subject to maximum of Rs. 5000.
